We’re dedicated to empowering our collective voices to
#LegalizeItRight

We organize to ensure Virginia will
Legalize It Right by calling for review of old cannabis convictions, replacing youth criminalization with care, protecting parents in recovery and advocating against legislation that allows monopolies complete control of the retail sales market. We demand Day One Equity that does not include exclusive early access to some while maintaining the laws that harmed many.

We need your support to protect parents, children, small businesses and their freedom

  • Protect Parents Rights

No family should be torn apart during recovery, protect parents and keep families whole.

  • Care For Children

Young people need support, not punishment and we need to end harmful penalties for youth.

  • Review Old Convictions

Some people didn't get a first chance, they deserve a real second one. Support our bill to review outdated cannabis convictions.

  • Resist Monopolies

Virginia’s market must belong to the people, not just the corporations. Let's fight against cannabis monopolies.

  • Repeal

We demand no more new crimes, removal of the open container crime, decriminalization of youth, legalization of public consumption and the removal of the zero tolerance policy and drug sanctions from colleges & universities

  • Repair

We belive it is the state’s responsibility, in acknowledging its mistake of prohibition, to redress the harms it created. We call on The commonwealth to provide and fund counsel for all individuals identified as eligible for review, rather than requiring indigency determinations.

  • Reparations

True community safety and racial justice means reinvesting in survivors with recurring cash payments in the GI to resource the repair of this unjust war.
